At Plexi Nations, our goal is to provide a smooth print-on-demand experience that complies with European consumer protection laws.
This policy explains how returns, exchanges and refunds are handled for our customers.
All products are produced on demand after an order is placed.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days) – Consumers (B2C)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, without providing any reason.
Returned items should be adequately protected for transport.
Lack of original packaging does not void the right of withdrawal, but the product must be returned in original condition.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer in cases of withdrawal.
The 14-day right of withdrawal applies only to consumers (B2C) and does not apply to business customers (B2B).
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will resolve the issue.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photos of:
the product
the packaging
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the case.

3. Returned or Undelivered Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us due to:
an incorrect address
missed delivery
failure to collect the shipment
Please contact us within 7 days of the return notification and provide updated shipping details.
If no instructions are received within this period, the item may be recycled or disposed of.
All shipments include tracking. Customers are responsible for monitoring delivery and accepting the parcel.
4. Business Customers (B2B)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to B2B orders.
Subjective complaints (such as color tone or personal expectations) are not considered defects.
For claims related to physical damage, clear photo evidence is required.
If the claim is accepted, we will offer a replacement or refund in line with this policy.
5. Who Covers Return Shipping?
Change of mind (withdrawal): customer covers return shipping
Damaged or defective item: Plexi Nations covers return shipping and re-delivery
6. How to Start a Return or Claim

reason for return (withdrawal or defect)
photos (if applicable)
You will receive further instructions within 2 business days.
7. Refund Timing
Withdrawals: refund issued within 5 business days after receiving the returned item
Defective items: refund issued within 5 business days if replacement is not provided.
