Refund policy
At Plexi Nations, our goal is to provide a smooth print‑on‑demand experience that complies with European consumer protection laws. This policy ensures a fair and transparent process for handling returns, exchanges and refunds — both for our end customers and our B2B partners.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
We accept returns for any reason within 14 days of delivery.
No explanation is required — you can return your item simply if you change your mind.

Returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer in these cases.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your order arrives damaged, with significant defects, or is incorrect, we will take care of it. Please notify us within 14 days of delivery, including clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once verified, we will:

Reprint the product up to 3 times at no cost

If the problem persists, issue a full refund of the product price

3. Reshipment of Returned Parcels
If a package is returned to us (e.g. due to incorrect address or missed pickup):

You have 7 days from the date of return to contact us and provide updated shipping info

After 7 days, the item will be discarded

A new order will be required after that period
We include tracking numbers with all shipments. Customers are responsible for tracking and accepting the delivery.
4. B2B Partner Policy

Subjective complaints (e.g. color tone, expectations) are not covered by Plexi Nations

B2B sellers are responsible for handling such cases with their customers

For physical damage: high-quality photo evidence is required. If accepted, we will reprint or refund as described above
5. Who Covers Return Shipping?

Change of mind: the customer pays for return shipping

Damaged or faulty item: Plexi Nations covers return shipping and any re-delivery
6. How to Start a Return or Claim

You'll receive instructions within 2 business days.
Please pack and ship the item as instructed.
7. Refund Timing

Standard returns: refund within 5 business days of receiving the item
