Are the product images visualizations or real photos?
Most product images are visualizations to help you preview the artwork in different interiors. Real product photos can be found on the homepage.
What is the print made of?
Our Premium Acrylic Print is produced on optical plexiglass (acrylic) and designed to look clean, modern, and vibrant on the wall.
How thick is the acrylic?
The acrylic thickness is 3 mm.
How is the artwork printed?
The artwork is UV LED printed directly onto the acrylic surface. The print is cured instantly and does not require additional lamination.
Available sizes and mounting options may vary depending on the artwork.
What sizes are available?
We currently offer these formats:
- 60 × 40 cm
- 75 × 50 cm
- 90 × 60 cm
What mounting options do you offer?
Depending on the artwork and size, you may see these options:
- Without mounting
- Aluminium Back
- Hanger Set
- MAGNOFIX
Who produces the prints?
Our prints are produced in the EU in cooperation with one of the largest printing facilities in Europe.
Do you ship to EU countries?
Yes, we ship within the EU. Delivery times depend on your country and the current production volume.
How long does delivery take?
Example delivery times:
- Germany, Poland: 4–7 business days
- Austria, Belgium, Netherlands: 5–7 business days
- France, Denmark: 5–7 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on location and production volume.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. All shipments include tracking, so you can follow your order at every stage.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Consumers (B2C) have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. Returned items should be adequately protected for transport. Lack of original packaging does not void the right of withdrawal, but the product must be returned in original condition.
For withdrawals, return shipping is covered by the customer.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and include clear photos of:
- the product
- the packaging
Once verified, we will offer a replacement or a refund depending on the case. In these cases, Plexi Nations covers return shipping and re-delivery costs.
How do I start a return or claim?
Email us at support@plexinations.com with:
- your order number
- reason for return (withdrawal or defect)
- photos (if applicable)
You will receive further instructions within 2 business days.
When will I receive my refund?
Withdrawals: refund issued within 5 business days after receiving the returned item.
Defective items: refund issued within 5 business days if a replacement is not provided.
What about business (B2B) orders?
The right of withdrawal does not apply to B2B orders. Subjective complaints (such as color tone or personal expectations) are not considered defects. For claims related to physical damage, clear photo evidence is required.
